Remote Assist Helps Varian Engineers Keep Cancer Treatment Going During COVID-19

The CraneMorley team recently deployed HoloLens 2 devices and virtually trained the Varian field engineering team on their use with Microsoft 365 Dynamics Remote Assist as a countermeasure to COVID-19 travel restrictions.  This enables the engineer from Varian to “look of the shoulder” of a technician on-site at a hospital to guide them through a critical repair – without traveling to the site.  This is essential to keep the diagnostics and cancer treatment uninterrupted during the pandemic.
