As we bid farewell to 2021, the CraneMorley Team looks forward to another successful year working with our partners to serve our industry leading clients. We are proud to share the international awards won in 2021 by the CraneMorley Team and Clients for our outstanding instructional and creative design.

NYSEARCH HoloLens (Vega Digital Awards, AVA Digital Awards, Muse Creative Awards, Horizon Interactive Awards, Summit Emerging Media Award)

In Partnership with NYSEARCH, CraneMorley created a guide, which walks new users through all the tools and steps needed to assemble a new gas meter, from the service riser to the house line. The instruction set is complimented by photos, videos and most importantly, 3D holograms that guide the project to completion. A brand-new user with no experience is able follow the steps and build out the entire gas meter in about 40 minutes.

SoCal Gas – Covid-19 Distant Learning Respond (Vega Digital Awards, AVA Digital Awards, Muse Creative Awards, Horizon Interactive Awards)

For Southern California Gas Company, the determination of the varying levels of corrosion on an exposed gas pipe was a subjective application of gas standard protocols. Due to Covid-19 eLearning provides SoCalGas employees clear-cut, visual examples that help them define what they observe on the exposed pipeline, and then guides them through the process of documenting those findings.

Microsoft Partner Mixed Reality Microsite (Vega Digital Awards, AVA Digital Awards, Muse Creative Awards, Horizon Interactive Awards)

We created our microsite to communicate CraneMorley’s mixed reality partner brand at the commercial enterprise level. After visiting a prospect will perceive our affinity to Microsoft. They will understand the benefits of Mixed Reality and how to implement a successful project from A-Z.

Subaru Business Planning Tool (Marcom Awards)

The Subaru Business Planning Tool allows retailer Service Managers and Field Support to create, implement, and track the performance results of their business improvement plan. Users build their plan step-by-step by selecting goals, impact areas, timelines, action items, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). During the plan-building process, users can assign tasks to members of their team with automated reminders to keep the action items top-of-mind. Plans can be shared and updated at any time to sustain improvement over time. The tool works as a standalone resource, but also integrates with virtual and in-person training workshops to help users apply what they learn to drive improvement.

Subaru Tires (Marcom Awards)

There are two tire courses in this curriculum to cover the top things a Service Advisor needs to know about tires.  The first is focused on the sales process and the customer interaction.  The second provides more depth about tire characteristics so that you can be an informed resource for your customers when it comes to their tires.

Subaru CID Simulator (Summit Emerging Media Award)

Subaru CID (Center Information Display) Simulator is full fidelity mobile device simulation of the car’s new digital driver assist safety systems and entertainment.

Introduction to the Porsche Macan (Viddy Awards)

This Porsche technician training program introduces Porsche vehicle platforms and systems to both new-hires and experienced Porsche technicians alike, without the need to dissect a vehicle in the training center. In fact, this training can safely be performed on any matching customer vehicle at the dealership level, reducing travel, material, and technician downtime costs.
