E-LEARNING

LEVEL ONE
Basic knowledge transfer. E-Learning can include simple page-turner navigation or more interactive elements such as linked text, drag and drops, and branching. Responsive design allows delivery on any device – PC, tablet or smartphone.
LEVEL TWO
Level one + engaging navigation. Examples include a touring art gallery with parallax view or driving by an urban scene. Both have more use of animation and/or video.

Guide on the Side. ILTs range from basic knowledge transfer to highly interactive discovery learning and practice sessions. A blended package can also include a KPI pre-assessment that determines learner focus in the ILT, the creation of an action plan and coaching sustainment back in the workplace.
ILT-EQ
Online Equivalent to ILT. By integrating tools and activities moderated by a virtual instructor into the online feed, ILT-EQ courses reach out to learners unable to attend live workshops.
