40% of dealer managers operated in smaller markets, too distant from workshop locations for easy attendance. Executive management challenged the CM/Hyundai Team to come up with a solution. The solution needed to include the KPI assessment, simulation and trackable action plan activities in the in-person workshop. Therefore, a traditional webinar would not be effective.
SOLUTION
The CM/Hyundai Team created OnTrak, a performance portal, aligned with but outside of the LMS. It supported access to the same KPI opportunity assessment tool, simulation and action planner as the in-person workshop. It also supported quarterly best practices discussions.
BENEFITS
The same outcome tracking was employed as used with the in-person workshops. There was no appreciable difference in the performance gains.
